At Pure Luminance, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and ours, and kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No Shows If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact us, you will be considered a no-show. No shows will be charged 100% of the service cost or may result in being blocked from future bookings. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be considered a late cancellation. Medical or Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if something unexpected occurs. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
